Hey guys, I put aside some time today to bring nekobooru.net in line with the latest danbooru code.

With it comes the updated danbooru style which moves most navigational elements to a more logical location atop the page, along with various bugfixes and features... let me know if you encounter any issues or have any feedback.

(BTW this isn't the planned restyle, that's still being worked on)
